Famous Moes offers a Free Delivery service for all orders over the minimum order value within our delivery areas. Each Store has a limited delivery area. If you are not in one of our delivery areas, a message will appear on-screen notifying you. Some stores hours of business are shorter due to local trading restrictions.

Some Famous Moes offers are not valid with orders placed through the website.

The owner of the card used for payment must present this card on receiving the order. Card payments are secure. Payment must be in £ sterling and our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change.

When payment is available by cheque you will be required to show a valid cheque guarantee card to the delivery person, please also ensure cheques are made payable to "Famous Moes"

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.

In the event of Famous Moes needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days.

Payment methods may vary from store to store.

Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Famous Moes store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.

Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts.

Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain.

Minimum order value applies. The minimum order value for each store may vary and you will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any offer, promotion, discount or Meal Deal at any time. Discount offers apply to Speciality Pizzas only unless specified. We pride ourselves on our first class service, product and value for money and always aim to deliver within our quote times. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.
